macOS says the app "can't be opened"
This is macOS Gatekeeper blocking apps from independent developers. It's a security feature, not a problem with the app.
Fix:
- Right-click (or Control-click) the app in Finder.
- Select "Open" from the context menu.
- Click "Open" in the dialog that appears.
This is a one-time step. After the first launch, macOS will remember your choice.
My download link expired
Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads. After that, the link stops working for security.
Fix: Email hola@enfo.ca from the email you used at checkout. We'll send a fresh link — usually within a few hours.
I need to reinstall the app
Check your email for the original download link — if it's still within the 7-day window and you haven't used all 5 downloads, it will still work.
If the link has expired, email us and we'll send a new one. Your license is tied to your purchase, not the link.
I didn't receive my confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Our emails come from hola@enfo.ca.
If it's not there, typos in the email field are the most common cause. Email us with your name and approximate purchase time and we'll resend everything.
My payment went through but I didn't get access
This is rare but can happen if there's a brief delay between Stripe confirming payment and our system sending the delivery email.
Wait 15 minutes and check your email (including spam). If nothing arrives, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resolve it immediately.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Yes. Lifetime licenses are for your personal machines — you can install on your desktop and laptop. Just don't share the download link or license with other people.
Do I get future updates?
For lifetime licenses, all updates to the purchased major version are included. For subscriptions, you get every update for as long as your subscription is active.
Is my data private?
Our desktop apps are local-first — your files never leave your machine. No telemetry, no cloud sync, no account required. For web-based products, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
If a product doesn't work due to a genuine technical issue, you have 14 days to request a full refund. We don't offer refunds for change of mind on delivered digital products. Full details at enfo.ca/refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Some regions may also see Apple Pay or Google Pay options at checkout.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Email hola@enfo.ca and we'll cancel it immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial charges.
